On Tuesday the 18th of June, 2024 was an amazing day for the Mike Yanou Foundation! Since the beginning of this year, we’ve been working tirelessly to empower talented children in crisis-affected communities through our STUDENTS IN ARTIVISM PROJECT with partner STAGE LIFE.
As part of our commitment to child protection, we joined other partners in commemorating the International Day of the African Child. The event led by Street Child of Cameroon provided a platform for us to showcase the incredible talent of our mentees, Faith and Malala with the leadership of PenBoy Official. Their spoken word performance received a standing ovation and was the talk of the day.
We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported this project and encouraged our endeavours. Together with other partners of the #CmCPAOR the Mike Yanou Foundation continues to make a positive impact in the lives of African children.
