The Programs Manager for the Mike Yanou Foundation is currently representing the organisation in a 5-day capacity building workshop aimed at capacitating members of the Child Protection Area Of Responsibility (CPAOR) and Partners of Street Child operating within the Northwest and Southwest Regions of Cameroon on the legal Requirements and Procedure of Associations and NGOs in Cameroon, The Active Capacity Assessment Matrix (ACAM) and Resource Mobilization organised and coordinated by Street Child of Cameroon and Global CPAOR
– Today’s session focused on Introduction to Active Assessment Matrix (ACAM): Understanding the Tool and its Role in Capacity Strengthening Plan.
– Overview of the ACAM Tool, Scoring and Evaluation for Capacity Plan.
Thanks to Street Child of Cameroon we can now self-evaluate our organisation and make sure we have all policies and materials in place to facilitate our organisation operations and areas using this tool.
